FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
For full-day corporate events, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks out minimum. High-demand dates in the Bay Area and Monterey can book out further, especially conference season in spring and fall. Reach out early and we can hold your date.
Do you travel outside Monterey and Santa Cruz?
Yes. We regularly serve clients across the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. Travel beyond 60 miles is billed at a standard day rate plus expenses.
What if I need footage the same day?
Same-day sizzle editing is available as an add-on. We plan for this in pre-production, it requires advance notice and cannot be added last minute.
What cameras and equipment do you use?
Our core package is a Sony FX6 paired with a Sony A7SIII on gimbal, professional wireless lavalier audio, and on-site LED lighting. This is a cinema-grade package capable of delivering the aesthetic you see from high-end commercial productions.
Can you coordinate with our AV team or venue?
Absolutely. We work alongside venue AV teams regularly, including audio board integration for keynote capture. We handle our own coordination so you don't have to manage the handoff.
What's included in raw footage delivery?
Organized, labeled log footage from all cameras delivered via a high-speed physical drive or cloud link, ready for your internal editors to work with immediately.
